2nd Annual Las Vegas Review Journal Trail Ride
21-22 April 2006

Two days on horseback along the Old Spanish Trail through desert and Red Rock State Park, near Las Vegas Nevada. We had so much fun on this one that we've decided to make it an annual spring event. Last year we had sun, snow and great chow provided along the trail by our chuck wagon. Our pro wranglers help even the greenest tinhorn enjoy the ride and feel like a real cowboy. So come join the fun!

A few photos from the 2nd Annual Las Vegas RJ Trail Ride.

We started at the California/Nevada border and then the second day rode into Red Rock National Conservation Area. The scenery was beautiful and unlike last year--no snow! Just blue skies and plenty of sun.

Trail Rides on Horsehoe Mountain

Something new this year are trail rides up Horsehoe Mountain. We will start out of Spring City, UT a national historic district and travel up canyons to the ridge. Camp out overnight on top, ride anywhere from 4 days to just overnight and return to the valley. Chuckwagon meals, western entertainment and real cowboy wranglers, horses and wagons included. Just bring your sleeping bag and canteen. For more information call "Tennessee" John at 931-783-0173
